Author of The Digital Apocalypse
Self-importance, driven by ego, is the scourge of modern man,
Each one is but a speck of dust in the universal cosmic plan,
Dwarfed by Nature, its mountains, forests, lakes and seas,
Self-important men are as ephemeral as a light sea breeze,
We should all stand back and take our final chance,
To recognise the fiddler and the tune to which we dance,
As we play our tiny, but relevant, role in historical trends,
Let’s do it with grace, not at the expense of colleagues and friends
